This page defines the rules every page on this wiki follows. The short version: we publish only what we can trace to a source, we show the source and the date, and where we don't know something, the page says so instead of guessing.
Source tiers
We rank sources into three tiers, all listed with retrieval dates on the sources page:
- Official. Statements by Space Rock Games or UNIKAT Label: the Steam store listing, the official itch.io page, and the publisher/developer sites. These support factual claims directly.
- Official platform data. Data Steam publishes about the game — achievement names, published descriptions, and global unlock percentages. Reliable, but some of it (unlock rates) is volatile, so it is always shown with a retrieval date.
- Press. Reviews and news coverage. Before any press piece is cited, its exact article URL, publisher, and access date must be registered on the sources page — and even then we cite it only as attributed opinion, never as a fact about game mechanics. No press source is registered today.
The three evidence states
Factual claims on this wiki carry one of three visible labels:
- Official — stated by the developer, publisher, or the game's own store listing.
- Official platform data — from Steam platform data, transcribed rather than paraphrased, and dated.
- Needs release-build verification — plausible or partially supported, but not yet confirmed against the released game. We name these gaps explicitly rather than filling them.
What we refuse to publish
- Invented recipes, ingredient lists, or order rules.
- Upgrade lists, costs, or effects that no official source documents.
- Unlock conditions for hidden achievements, including community guesses.
- Controls, customer types, story, map, or ending details without verification.
- Claims of first-hand playtesting that didn't happen. As of the last update of this page, this wiki's content is built from official sources and Steam platform data — not from our own play sessions, and no page implies otherwise.
- Copied prose from Steam or official materials — we quote short attributed phrases and write our own explanations.
How facts get in
- A claim must trace to a registered source, which is linked in the page's verification ticket along with the date it was checked.
- Volatile data (prices, discounts, unlock rates) is always dated.
- Demo-derived observations, if we ever publish any, will be labeled as coming from the demo, never mixed silently into release-build guidance (see the demo page).
- When the game updates, we re-verify in the priority order described on the updates page and refresh each page's last-verified date.
Future sections are evidence-gated
Sections like recipes and upgrades exist in our plans but not on the site, because the data to fill them honestly doesn't exist in public sources yet. We ship them when release-build verification produces real content — not as empty placeholder pages.
Corrections
If we got something wrong, we want to know. The contact page explains how to report an error; substantiated corrections are applied promptly and meaningful ones are logged on the updates page.
